With the added liquid courage, Alice walks on to the stage alongside Clark. A bed, covered in dark, flowy sheets is placed at the center of the stage, and a small nightstand is placed next to it. Cameras are installed facing different angles of the bed, three on tripods and one on the ceiling. A producer sits at the back of the arena, controlling the show on large LED flat screens to give the audience views they don’t have from their seats.
Bright lights shine on them, and they both blink, adjusting their vision. The club’s lounge is dark, only slightly lit by soft, LED strip lights on the walls, and warm, contemporary-style disk lights hang from the ceiling.
The audience is seated on royal blue velvet lounge booths that are lined up against the wall, and some are sitting around round dining tables that are scattered around the room, surrounding the stage. In the far back of the room, the club’s bar is lively, with a few of the club patrons ordering drinks before they finally take a seat.
