A friend recently begged me to come with to a club, there was a point when I was younger when I drank more and enjoyed clubbing. But, now not so much. Anyway I begrudgingly agreed, but told him I was only gonna have one drink because I wanted to take my car to be able to leave whenever I wanted and that I was most likely not staying to long.
Once at the club a few hours in, I already had my drink, and while I was having fun I was looking to leave. My friend trying to get me to stick around would say, “come on a couple more minutes. Don’t leave, it’s barely getting started.” I thought, 30 more minutes and I am out. But, if I am staying I want it to be worth it.
