All of this happened all the way back in 2008. Looking back, I wouldn’t have done what I am about to tell you about. My wife Danielle and I are very sexual people and have gotten into a lot of fun together. Ben said he would buy the flowers himself. Of course, lately, he did everything by himself. Sasha was busy preparing for tonight, and Betsy was always off in her own world, visiting the neighbors, spreading the good news of Madame Sasha. That meant that getting things for the party — like the flowers — was entirely up to him.
All Sasha had been able to talk about for the last week was the party. Her orders were clear: Ben was going to throw a party and invite everyone from work. But she talked about it as though only one person was coming: Lindsey Sterling. She was Ben’s new boss, the impressive new District Attorney that everyone thought was going to run for mayor soon. Of course, Ben *knew* she was going to announce her campaign soon, but she had sworn them all to secrecy. Naturally, Madame Sasha knew immediately.
I had the biggest crush on a woman that I had zero chance with. I’ll call her Samantha for the sake of this story. She was heart-stoppingly beautiful, insanely smart, incredibly ambitious, fit and sexy as hell, and — in the circles that I traveled in — a celebrity of the industry. From the first time I saw her I was in deep crush-from-a-distance and so were all of my industry peers. I interacted with her occasionally at conferences and she was usually pleasant if not overly cocky about her awesomeness. She had a glib tongue and a sardonic personality — which, honestly, made me like her even more.
It has not rained in a long time, such a long time the ground is cracked like an old mirror. How long has it been? Days, weeks maybe even months? All that time without a single drop of nourishing rain, mother natures gift to feed the hungry world.
You tried to fight the urge, you swore you would not break the promise but a man can only take so much. At night when you are in your bed, you close your eyes and think of her and those moments.
At the party you were a hit, everyone was talking to you and interested in you. You seen her and spoke as usual she is your friend and she has a boyfriend. After the usual pleasantries she mentions a film about a promicious wife liking bdsm and you remember her staring into your eyes and whispering “…I like it like that”. Yet and still when his accountant and security told him they had his back he let the relief wash over him. Someone making an attempt to hit you with their car and hack your devices will do that to you, I guess.
The past two months had been hell and it was all there fault. That’s what he felt, but it takes two to tango. Times are hard for everyone right now and he had nothing against people trying to get it how they live but “just spare me” was his motto.
As I look back on the truly wonderful people I’ve come to know in my life, one of the more memorable people was Colleen. For obvious reasons, I’ve changed her name, but I wanted to use a name that matched her fiery redhead Irish nature. She was exquisite – an actress, former supermodel and, it turned out, just a really nice person.
My company was launching a new line of products and we had worked with Colleen’s agent to use her as a celebrity endorser. I was the CEO and we had selected Colleen after working through our PR firm, her agent, working out the commitments, dollars and, of course, the contract.

“Where the hell have you been?” Herb Henderson demanded.
Herb was the last person Claire wanted to run into when she first returned to Castle Square. Preoccupied with the challenges that awaited her on her first day back at the office, she’d stepped into the lobby elevator and pressed for the 42nd floor without looking first.
