I’m a very active person. I’m also busy so I have to be intentional with what kind of workouts I fit into my schedule. I decided to do workouts that would help me perform better in the bedroom and that were also fun for me. Best way to stay in shape. Win win!
Yoga is super relaxing for the body and mind. It helps with my anxiety and stress. It’s also great for becoming more flexible in general but specifically with sex positions. Bendy sluts are the best, so I have to be prepared. Cycling (indoors and outdoors) is incredibly fun. It’s a great cardio workout that gets my heart pumping and tones my legs really well. It also helps me build my stamina which ensures that I won’t get as tired when I have sex. There’s bodyweight training also. I’ve always been naturally strong, but strength for sexual activities is different. My arms cramp too easily when I’m giving handjobs and squatting while riding a dildo tired out my legs more than I thought. I’ve researched which muscle groups are used and have started working them out and already see improvement.
