This happened like some 5 years ago when I was still in my high school. It was Saturday (I remember this since it was a day off for my parents) and my parents decided to have lunch in a restaurant which was very far from where we used to live (1 hour drive). I was having a boring weekend so I decided to go to my friend’s apartment. She lived like a mile way. My parents got ready and left at around 1/1:30 with the keys. I left 25-30 mins after them with the extra key. I reached my friend’s apartment unannounced like always and saw that she’s some guests. I grabbed a beer though, talked to her for a minute and left. When I reached and tried opening the door I found it’s already open. I thought it’s our maid who’s come since that was her time during the weekends. The first room in the hall passage is my parent’s. I heard some noise and thought that our maid is doing the usual dusting or cleaning. The door was closed but not locked. But I peeked through the small gap. I saw my mom lying on the bed with her face facing the opposite wall and my dad lying on top of her naked. Something like the pic in the link:

Clothes lying on the floor and some on the bed. I got froze for a second and my dad turned this head. He went expressionless. I made an eye contact for 0.0001 secs and walked away making no noise. I went straight to my room and I heard a voice of him shutting the door and locking it. For the next few hours it was very awkward but things were normal in a couple of day.
Its been 5 years now and tbh i’ve replayed that in my head like millions of times while having sex. Not just replaying my sick twisted head has added to it some dark plot which i cant write. But it’s very awkward and cringey when i look back at those thoughts. Has anyone here dealt with something similar?

Sorry it had such a negative effect. I hope you can get to the point that realize your parents are people with desires and needs just like you. You should be happy for them, since so many married couples don’t have any intimacy by the time the kids are adult.
It is normal for you to be repulsed by the site of your parents having sex, but try to look at from a distance. They are still in love with each other, and still desire each other. Thats really cool.
(By the way, it could be worse, we know a couple that are swingers like we are, they once went to a swingers club and saw their daughter and her husband at the bar)
