I have a fantasy about a highly religious person who practices abstinence, even a priest or someone with religious power, being sexually pleasured by force and experiencing an orgasm against their will. The humiliation and powerlessness of the situation is a big turn-on for me (the more innocent the victim, the better). The hottest thing would be if that person has never experienced an orgasm, or has no sexual experience with partner OR solo sex before.
