I didn’t know where I was. I had just teleported here. A world where I heard screams from outside the room. I felt fear ripple through me as the cold steel around my wrists and ankle rattle. Women entered the room.
“Quite the gambler, eh?” Asked a familiar voice. It was Sadie, my friend. My best friend. Or so I thought. “You always told me you were”
“Sadie?” I asked. “What’s happening?”
“A lotta things, hon” said Kaliah. She always patronized me.
“Just relax,” said Catrina’s voice. “Let it happen.”
“Let what happen?” I asked, shaking further.
Sadie gave a viscous smile while Kaliah and Catarina looked pitiful.
“It’s got to happen, kiddo,” said Kaliah.
“What?” I asked.
“Snip snip!” Giggled Sadie gleefully. “You made a bet, remember?”
“What???” I cried
“You said ‘if I lose this dice toss you can do whatever you want with me’”
“I don’t remember this!!”
“Oh, honey it was because you drank too much. You trusted Sadie. I warned you, though you didn’t listen. Not that you remember”
