I find it difficult to even be in the same room as my niece, after last week things will never be the same. Prior to last week she was a innocent girl in my eyes, the one I remember taking to the zoo, teaching her to drive, and watching funny cat videos on the internet. I realize she a young adult now, struggling her way through life and University, but the things my eyes saw last week have burned a scar on my brain forever.
As a older millennial, I am very tech-savvy. I work in a IT department for a large hospital sales company. With the tech-savvy skills comes family member requests. I help my family with new technology set up, help with viruses on computers and also help with cell phones. So when my older brother asked if I could take a look at Amber’s phone, I was happy to do so. Amber is my 19 year old niece. Due to our somewhat close ages, we are better friends rather than the typical uncle and niece relationship. Amber is a a short girl, barely five feet tall. She has a very slender build and has curly red hair. Throughout high school it seemed she always had a new boyfriend each week, and some even looked a bit older than her father would like.
