It was late Sunday when i got back to NCR. The Covid-19 situation has disrupted work schedules, pushed establishments to right size or risk closing down. Its a terrible time to be part of the work force and an even a tougher time to be part of management. You want to keep people employed but at the same time you’re not so sure if you’re next one to go.
