She dropped down the final bag outside of the front door with a groan, fumbling for her new house keys.
“I’ve got it,” a familiar voice said behind her.
She turned to see Jake just behind her, keys at the ready. She stepped to the side.
“Thanks,” She said.
“Hey, no worries,” He said.
“Could you do me a favour? Would you carry my bag upstairs? It’s the last one and I’m so tired…” She gave him big puppy-dog eyes. He flushed.
“Um. Sure.”
He frowned slightly when he realised how light the bag was, but glanced at her slight frame and shrugged. She followed him up the stairs hiding her grin as best she could, getting to eye up his ass because of her little ploy. As they got onto the landing, Will stuck his head around the door. He must have gotten back whilst she was on her last trip. He followed them both into her room. It was still mostly bare, except for a pile of her stuff and where she’d made her bed.
