My wife and I have had an open relationship since about the time we first got together. We’ve made a lot of friendships out of it, had some amazing experiences and overall it’s been a wonderful lifestyle for us.
One couple we befriended, I’ll call them Mike and Jenn, messaged us on one of the swinger sites, said they’d be visiting the area for a few weeks. We met them and had an instant connection. He was tall and strongly resembled a young Sean Connery. Jenn was also tall, a curvy and volutptuous dark-haired mix of Jewish and Latina.
We all became friends with a deeper interest in maintaining a connection beyond the typical hookup and as the years went by I’d stop in and visit them on my business travels in their town. My visits were not always sexual but when they were there was no awkwardness. My wife approved of it. Most of my visits were happily plutonic and time went on. They had kids, we had kids. Focus and priorities changed from a party lifestyle to a more domestic existence for all of us.
