So I work as a personal trainer at a gym and since covid we have had a hard time getting employees so we have had a lot of people get hired then quit and that just keeps repeating.

Anyways they hired this new guy to run out personal training department and he has been working out before the gym opens on Sunday morning. Him and I have been talking a lot because one he is my boss and I kinda find him attractive. So as things go he invited to get a workout with him.

We finished the workout and he said he was going to sit in the sauna for a little while and without really thinking I said I’d join him. I went in first because he said he needed to get a towel, again not really thinking about I just went in and started to relax. This is the same coworker as my previous posts. This is one of the “fun” antics that we find ourselves doing to enjoy ourselves

It started as a dare between myself [F26] and another trainer [F47] who has been at the gym a few years longer then I have. And she likes to rant about her frustrations with her and her husband and she also talks about her favorite “clients”.

On occasion if we get a private moment alone we will do a “plug check” which is feeling each other to see if the plug is still in there. It’s such a thrill getting to grab her tight ass and to hear her shutter as I play with the plug. I’m sure she feels the same about me especially since I always moan a little when she does it.

What would you do if you noticed?

I work as a personal trainer and my coworker (we will call her Sylva) is also another trainer that is at the gym. This happened a few years ago…

Because it is a smaller town gym we all have keys and the gym opens up later in the day in Sundays. At some point Sylva and I decided to get to the gym a couple hours early to get a workout in.

We were both wearing typical gym slut wear. She wore tight yoga pants, a tight sports bra and a very baggy tank top which didn’t provide any covering lol. I was wearing short workout shorts and hoodie. We were already pretty close as far as co workers go so the majority of the workout consisted of playful ass slaps and grinding and of course loads of laughs. When the workout was done we were in the locker room showering when she came into my, which I thought was just playful fun. Sylva pushed me up against the wall pinning my hands above my head and kissed me deeply.

We stayed in the shower for 20-30 minutes kissing and a little more but that is for a later post.
