This is a story from when I was traveling throughout India and spent some time in Goa, India.
I had met Lauren at a silent disco three nights earlier. She was about 5'8 with curly black hair and a tight body from doing yoga while in India. She overheard me ordering a drink at a bar, and asked if I was American. She was American as well and I was the first other one she had met since she had been in India. We chatted over drinks about India and how it compared to home and just had a nice chat as you do with other travelers when you're out. I didn't think much of it and eventually made my way back to my friends and continued dancing and smoking joints on the sand covered dance floor.
