**Chapter 6 – Renewal**

If it felt strange for him coming back to Ryloth after helping to liberate it in the Clone Wars, he made no outward mention of it. Additionally, his announcement of the citadel was one of the steps to alert the galaxy that Emperor Vader and not Emperor Palpatine, was the new undisputed leader of all the planets in the former Republic.

Rumors flew out of the capitol like missiles after he returned. Once people realized that the former war hero, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, had scoured the rogue Jedi, killed the Separatist leaders, and revealed Palpatine’s manufacturing of the Clone Wars themselves, the new Emperor saw the great need for symbols and a firm grasp to cut through the confusion.
