I have the BEST wife!
I’m on a quick business trip. Just two nights away from home. Last night when I was getting ready to treat myself to a fabulous dinner I was talking to my wife. We were reminiscing about an adventure we’d had at that same hotel and restaurant. The same places my wife had a solo adventure with a guy friend just a few weeks ago. I said something like “I wish you were here with me now.” Her response was that she had a surprise waiting for me later. By which I assumed when I got home.
I get to my restaurant and go to the lounge for a drink. I’m texting with my wife and she asks if I’m ready for my surprise. And then she texts me a picture of my back sitting at the bar.
“Have fun babe! Turn around.”
Behind me is her friend “Gail.” Tall, brunette, fit. And just as gorgeous as my own wife. We have a drink and a slightly rushed dinner. Turns out that when my wife found out Gail was also in town she set this up for us. Not our first time together, but our first time one in one.
