Since the last story I told was somewhat liked by you folks here’s another one from my younger years. The background was me in a fairly new job getting to know my way around the place and the people who were there. For obvious reasons I’m going to be very vague with what the job entailed, but suffice to say it was a relatively big building with a lab attached to offices and what not.
It had been a few months into my new job and due to the size of this place I still hadn’t seen every department yet. It was a Friday and most people clocked off at lunch around here, leaving only a few of us around the office all afternoon. I was having a casual conversation with Steph until she said she better get to the lab for one reason or another. My job being primarily based in the office and never seeing the lab before, I asked if I could come along and she agreed.
