This happened few weeks ago, I was debating with myself whether to post it or not since few people I know are on Reddit. So I'm using an obvious throwaway and had to change few details.
So, I'm in my mid thirties, around 5' 11", 180 lbs, not the best looking but better looking then most guys in the office. There are mostly guys in the office as we are a tech company and there are still not enough women doing this line of work. We do have a few but I was never interested in them.
Since we are still expanding and growing we are hiring constantly and since we are headquarters all the new hires go trough training here.

Since we don't have interaction with the customers, the dress code is pretty much non existent. She is every day wearing tight yoga pants that perfectly show her legs and ass. She is sitting quite close to me and every time she walks by I have a fucking hardon.
Since we are all helping with training new people I am too. We hit it off pretty nicely and she is pretty flirty with me until in passing I mention that I do have a girlfriend. At that point I could hear the disappointment in her voice. Flirting stopped but she did mention that she is single several times after that.
