# INTRODUCTION
I didn’t always have a cuckold fantasy. Like many others I’ve spoken to it’s something that developed slowly over a long period of time, and for me, the process started with trauma. In high school I dated a girl named Alex. She was my first girlfriend, my first kiss, and the girl I lost my virginity to. Our relationship was mostly teenage puppy love and for the brief time that we did date, things were mostly good.
That changed once we graduated from high school. Alex went off to college in the summer leaving me behind as I didn’t start until the fall semester. The distance was tough and gradually I began to suspect something was wrong. Fast forward a couple of months and I learned the truth. Alex and I sat in my car in the parking lot of a Starbucks days after she returned from summer semester, and she confessed to me amid tears that she had slept with someone else. “It only happened one time,” she said. “It was an accident,” she insisted. “I love you,” she assured me.
