The New Coach in Town

He was new to their small town. She had moved there 10 years ago when she started her family. He was single and worked and worked a remote sales job and was a fitness instructor as a hobby. Her life had become a routine of ordinary events. Inside, she was dying to be set free. He would set her free in ways she had never imagined.
For the past 2 years she had become more dedicated to working out and it showed. Her two kids were in school all day and she found herself craving physical fitness. There was a boutique gym in town with strength training, yoga and Crossfit style classes. In her past, she had been a gym addict. She was comfortable with free weights and machines and the various cardio equipment. She was proud of herself as she was 43 years old and incredible shape for a woman even 10 years younger. Yoga wasn’t really her thing and if she was honest with herself, she wanted to try Crossfit but she was intimidated. A girlfriend of hers had been a diehard HIIT style enthusiast and had raved about a trainer who was new to town. She said he was a great motivator during class and extremely knowledgeable. She said he gave extra attention to the new people in her class, and with a half-smile and a wink she mentioned that he wasn’t bad at all to look at.
