So this was about 10 years ago sorry if this breaks the rules
Anyway I was recently divorced and going out a bit more then usual with a group of friends playing trivia at a bar after work
Became friends with this couple who where swingers but didn’t do anything with them in that regard got to know both the M and F. M was a music teacher at a local grade school F was an organic type farmer that would sell produce and stuff at the farmers market . My family had recently sold the family business and I was sort of just not working(didn’t need the money) and taking a break after a stressful time at the business and divorce .
Anyway I told them I would help them do some basic legal work , set the farming operation up as an LLC for some liability protection and to stream line taxes, I had some experience in this with our family business. They were pretty grateful for all my work and offered to pay something , I guess before they were quoted like 4k by an attorney to do this (way way too much) but I refused.
