This was roughly 12 years ago when I was 23. Was still living at home with my parents and I had a friend who was a gamer girl who had an A-hole dad. He had taken away all of her gaming stuff until she found herself a job. She was 21 at the time so it was kind of BS that her parents took the stuff away, but at the same time I kind of get it now that I am older.
Me, I had an excellent gig going on with a ton of businesses supporting them in a freelance fashion for tech services. I was making quite a bit of money at that time so I had myself a very nice gaming rig setup.

My parents were going to be out of town for 2 weeks and I invited her over to play some games. Originally she was going to stay for just a day or two but we ended up spending the whole 2 weeks, plus much more, together.
