Five months ago, I moved in with a girl I met online. My roommate, Andrea, is 24 and works full time. However, I am 19 years old and in college. Initially, the age gap felt weird. But eventually we got along great despite the age difference.
She told me in the beginning that her bf would spend the night every now and then. It was great at first but eventually it felt like having a 3rd roommate. I asked my roommate and she was great and understanding about it.
I like my roommate. I like my roommate's SO. But hearing them bang around makes me feel unhappy. Her bf has a thing of bouncing the bed several inches off the floor and screaming her name during the night(WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! OH Andrea! WHAM! Oh ANDREA! OH! OH! ANDREA!!! WHAM!! WHAM!! WHAM!!)
It sounded as if the whole damn floor above was going to come crashing through. Afterwards, she would later scream back (OH GOD! OH GOD! OHHHHHHHHHGOD OHOHOHOHOHOOOOOOOH) and later giggle for the rest of the night.
