when I was a student, I had the absolute biggest crush on my grade 7 class teacher. At the time I was 12 and she was around 30. She managed to spark our interest in studies with her passion, which helped to boost my best friend’s education as he was struggling. Because of that, she became our favorite teacher.
Fast forward after 15 years, few days ago, my friend had his wedding. I showed up little late and sat with few other friends. One guy said that our teacher was there, and led me to her table. She looked over with a stern look as I went toward her just before she recognized me. She flashed a bright smile , saying something to welcome me. We made small talk, which she led – she wanted to know all about my life and career after leaving school, whether I still talked to any of my classmates and so on. She moved on to fill me in on what had been happening at the school, then quickly fell into telling me the story of her relationships and about her divorce. I started to realize she was being very touchy with me through the evening.
