In my day to day life I do work as a Financial Advisor. A couple weeks ago I received a phone call from a woman pleading for help with her information being compromised. I let her know that unfortunately those are not the types of transactions that I handle and due to the global pandemic we had no bankers working in our branch so I could either: transfer her to customer service or another location. I finally caved and told her to swing by in an hour and I could squeeze her in.
