A [f]a[m]iliar face: went to college together, now we work together

I am a registered nurse in a surgical ICU, and I have been working for an academic hospital for a little over a year now. There are various residents (MDs) that rotate through our unit. Last month, a resident kept walking in the break room while I was eating. He looked familiar, and he seemed to recognize me too. The way he looked at me, it seemed that he knew me. His smiles were very attractive, so sexy! And, I’ve noticed that he is quite smart when rounding with his team, he was confident in his assessments and his plan of care. From my perspective, he is the perfect Asian American man: tall, handsome, intelligent, and quite approachable. I thought he was Korean, and I was right. I have been into Korean Americans lately. We did not introduce each other at first. We just said a simple hello, and he walked out.

A little about me:
I joined back in July, and I have been deactivating a couple throwaway accounts. This is actually my third account, and I plan on keeping this one. However, I recently had a scare when I noticed a group of residents from the vascular team eyeing me at work. I am not sure if the second year resident I hooked up with told about our Saturday night together. A little about me, I am a Filipina girl (I consider myself Asian, not Pacific Islander) in my late twenties with tan complexion, dark brown hair and eyes, slim and petite (5’6”), with a small but toned ass and perky brown breasts that love every attention. Actually, breast play alone can make me cum. I am an ICU registered nurse at an academic hospital, and I work with a lot of residents and medical students. It has been such a joy people watching/checking out the handsome men at work, and it is such a turn on that they are intelligent. Trust me, there are residents who are handsome but look like they are either hangover or stoned or sleepy. It is not attractive when they do not know what they are doing.
