This is 100% a true story, happened in December of 2017.
On the east coast, there are a few places I’ve found that are Adult Video arcades (e.g., buddy booths, sometimes with a glory hole) that also have rooms playing porn with couches where mostly “straight” men hang out and jerk each other off or give/receive BJs. I’ve never talked at any length with any of these men, so I’m speculating, but I assume a lot are on the down low (DL) but others are like me: married or single, not getting any/much sex at home, don’t want to or can’t pay for escorts.
A couple of these places are on a US highway in Maryland north of Baltimore. The one I visited that night has a bumpy gravel parking lot, and this night the lot was maybe half full.
It’s sleazier inside than you can imagine. When you enter there are some videos/sex toys, which almost no one is interested in, and I doubt they make any money from. When you enter, facing the cashier, behind it on the right are individual video booths, maybe a dozen or so. Some men lurk around here, too cheap to even pay the $11 to enter the other side.
