So some quick backstory: The other day I (22F) was at work with my boss (30M) when no one else was there. We work together at a bar and were doing some administrative/side work tasks before the week started. We’ve been sleeping with each other since the end of January but no one really knows about it for a few different reasons. This is what went down.
I was leaning against the edge of the bar, looking at my phone for a minute, when I felt Matt come up behind me. He pressed the front of his body into the back of mine and snaked his hand around to my throat, burying the other into my hair and with a calculated push with one hand, pull with the other, forced my head back. I inhaled sharply as I met his eyes and was immediately turned on. I reached my hand around behind his head and pulled his lips to mine. He turned me around to face him as we began to kiss, grabbing my hip in an iron-like grip while still holding the other in my hair. I ran my hands down his back and landed on his rather nice ass, pulling his hips into mine.
