Looking for a story where a son, his mother, and his sisters get stranded on an island when they start transforming. I believe his mother started with breast expansion and his sister got pregnant. They may have eaten something but I don’t remember. It was from a long time ago and that’s about all I can remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
