I am looking for a specific title/book, it was one of those one-hander novels from the 70s, took place in the jungle somewhere like Africa, heroine spent much of her time performing fellatio on local pygmys, she was called “Head-hunter” or some such. Am I the only one on earth who remembers this book? :)
