So I used to work with this guy, D, who started when he was just out of uni – around 3 years ago. We got along pretty well and there was always a kind of semi-flirty joking around chemistry between us.
The whole company switched to home working last year, and during this time the guy decided to move back to his home town and find a job there. A few of us caught up for dinner and drinks this weekend to say farewell as he had his last working day a couple of weeks back and will be moving home later this month. Most people went home around 9pm, but me and D were enjoying drinks and catching up so decided to stay for another drink or two. As the night went on there was definitely more flirty vibes between us which was fun, but I never entertained any thought of on acting on them.
