Today, I’m that girl with condoms, lube, and maybe a plug or a small vibe on me at all times. But this level of preparedness only came after a hard lesson.
I had only been with a few guys but I was always safe and used condoms. I had a lot to lose. I wondered why such a common sense lesson had to be reiterated in Sex Ed and pop culture. Until I learned that sometimes you’re too dick drunk to do anything about it.
I had been kind of dating this guy William for a couple weeks. I don’t know if we were anything but he had introduced me as his girlfriend a couple of times and I did spend most nights at his place. He was a nice guy. Cute, fun, sweet, smart, considerate. Other than his insecurities about me being an inch shorter than him he was great.
