NYC is currently getting buried but I had the foresight to get over to my two SBs’ shared place last night. We’re drinking hot chocolate, watching movies, doing crosswords, and generally having fun.
They’re both students, and they were already best friends (and roommates) when I lucked into meeting them. Now I’m letting them live in a penthouse condo I’ve been holding onto as a real estate investment.
It’s been a very good year so far.
