Ever since they moved in next door last year she’s caught my eye—fit, blonde, perky, with an adorable babyface and a stellar rack. I used to leave for work at about the same time she left for school; if the time ig was right she’d give me a little wave and a “Hey, Mr. […]!” She was a high school cheerleader her senior year, and seeing her on game days bouncing out the door in her little cheerleading outfit was a treat for the eyes, not to mention high-octane fantasy fuel.
She started college this year (in-state) but has mainly been doing it from home due to Covid. I feel for her, but I’m not complaining, as it means the daily sight of her ass bobbing past the window around in her tight little exercise outfit, jogging around the neighborhood.
