**Part 1**
We have been in the lifestyle for past 2 years – having tried swinging and hot-wifing. We have been together for more than a decade.
She invited a long time crush (lets call him Tom) to our place. They know each other since high school, and became close friends since we moved to San Francisco. She has always made it fairly clear to me since we entered the lifestyle that Tom would be her ultimate fuckbuddy, if that ever happens.
I have met Tom couple of times and I respect his restraint in not taking advantage of the situation he has been presented few times in the past 6 months. My wife has hung out with him overnight at his place, while I was on business travel – got close to making out once but never happened.
Tom is in a long distance relationship with his girlfriend, who is planning to move to SoCal (which will reduce the distance).
My wife setup a casual dinner/drinks date with Tom today. Me and wife have directly and indirectly told him on separate occasions that we are completely open and fine with anything and everything that happens between them.
