I [M] was managing a hookah lounge awhile ago, running around making sure everybody was ok and all the customers were doing well Of course. As usual me being the best manager I let my workers take a few shots before the rush just to calm everyone. We stay opened till 4 AM so it was obviously going to be a long night. Dead time would be 12 PM usually so I tell all the workers to come back to the kitchen which we always do on busy nights like Friday and Saturday. I had to be an adult and usually just let my employees drink about 3-4 then tell them to get out the kitchen and get back to work lol. But oh my god did I never regret hiring the hottest girls in my town. Yes I was picky but I always had to hire waitress’s with an amazing ass and tits with slim waists who were not afraid to show it off. But it was for show I would not hit on employee’s.I treated them all like family and always took care of them.
