28F 34M here (see past posts for pics/videos). Shared account, but husband writing this. We wanted to post about a wild experience we had about four years ago. This is back when we were dating. We’ve been together six years. Hope you enjoy a peek into our lives.
We were getting ready to spend a long weekend at a lake house with some friends. We both live busy lives, at the time we were both in grad school and were looking forward to a reprieve. There were three couples going. Our good friends Jeff and Samantha as well as Jeff’s friend Tim and his girlfriend Ashley. We knew Tim pretty well from hanging out with him at get togethers with Jeff, but Ashley hadn’t been around long. They had only been dating a couple of months and we met her once.
We were driving to the lake house when we got a text from Jeff saying that It was going to be five of us now. Ashley and Tim had broken up, so she wasn’t coming anymore. Jeff asked to make sure we were cool with Tim being a third wheel for the weekend. We both said we were totally fine with it. We were all just wanting to relax and have a good time and saw no reason why Tim shouldn’t still join. We figured he could probably use some time to get his mind off of his breakup anyway.
