This is my first submission.
I got the text around 1:30 to go pick up my girlfriend, Abbi, and her sister from the bars. Kayleigh just turned 21 and Abbi planned a big night out for them. I promised to DD if they went a little too hard and needed a ride home.
I got there a little later and I saw them outside the bar as I pulled up to the bar. Abbi was hunched over and was being supported by Kayleigh. Kayleigh opened the back door and lightly threw Abbi into the back seat with an annoyed sounding *huff*. She closed the door and climbed into the front seat next to me.
I could tell Kayleigh was upset with how the night went. She sat there stewing as I drove away from the bar. The silence was interrupted by her periodically letting out a couple of heavy sighs. I decided I couldn’t take it anymore.
“What happened?” I asked.
“Your fucking girlfriend is what happened!”
