Alien Abduction. POV of the Alien

(A much earlier work of mine that you may enjoy for it’s concept)

Humans are a strange species. It is ever more clear why they have not been allowed to be introduced to the wider planetary communication network. As the only sentient creatures in their solar system, it was relatively simple to isolate any attempts to access the cosmic network.

Furthermore, the continuous reports made over time justify why such an action has been undertaken. Today was the first interview of a Human named “Belle”. To make interview process as seamless as possible and make the transition state faster, certain measures were undertaken to prevent shock. According to recent interviews, Humans are less likely to be afraid of an unknown creature if they fit within the boundaries already understood by them.

“Belle” was abducted via a photon ray belonging to a saucer shaped spacecraft – commonly referred to as ‘UFOs’Belle was located alone at a section of grain-based art known as crop-circles. As standard practise she was placed in an interview room associated with Earth’s judicial force. A single metal desk, chairs, lighting, paper and a two-way mirror were the only objects within the room.

Lyra’s Obsession – The Crystal

Lyra was pushed by the crowd onto the train. Crammed into a heaving mass of bodies, her position was right next to the door, shoved uncomfortably next to the window, lost in a maze of busy people. Today was a long journey, it would be painful for the next few hours in the position but she would have to bear it so she could reach her destination.

Today was the last day of the contract and she had to be wary. Jostled along, the train began to move and with it it’s passengers, the air already hot and overbearing with the body heat crowded into the train. It was subtle at first, a stray hand brushing against her skirt, then a creeping finger along the hem of her shirt. By a few minutes into the journey, the lone hand belonging to a stranger had begun tracing the outline of her it

She was intrigued, the brazen hand in a public train in front of so many people. She tried to turn around but no avail, the bodies around her and the wandering hand keeping her pressed up against the window, trapped between the people all she could see what the quickly disappearing cityscape outside the glass. Instinctually she put up a barrier, a wall locking the two of them behind it and now invisible to the outside world.
