I don’t have that many stories fit for this subreddit, but I figured I would share the few that I do have. If this one gets some traction and I have the energy, I’ll try to write up others.
Anyway, this took place back in the early summer of 2020. Just to set the scene, COVID is in full swing but the initial lockdowns are starting to fade in my state. That said, I’m still not going out of bars or anything at this point. And, since I live alone and have been working from home, I’ve been going crazy from the isolation.
It’s a pretty standard weekday night. I’m sitting on my couch, drinking a few beers, and absent mindedly watching Netflix. I’m also browsing OkCupid on my phone, because I am (A) bored out of my mind, (B) a bit tipsy, and (C) a little horny. And that’s when I came across Meredith’s profile. There isn’t much text and only a couple of photos, but the main one catches my eye. She is wearing an extremely low cut dress with a lot of cleavage – not quite as extreme as the JoLo dress, but close. I figured why not, so I sent a message: “Nice dress” with a smiley face emoji. Yeah, it’s a low quality message, but there isn’t much to the profile. You get what you give.
