Long time lurker here, finally doing my first post. Kinda nervous about it but I hope ya guys enjoy hahah (I’ll mark when the spice starts).
This happened 3 years ago when I was 19, and just starting out at Uni. In the UK, the first few weeks are always heavily party focused (probably all the nightclubs doubling down on making us regulars), so there’s always something going on every evening. It was just into my second week, and I had finally settled down. Some guys at a society i had recently joined were inviting new members out on a bar crawl, and naturally, eager to prove I could consume copious amounts of alcohol with the best of them, I tagged along, £80 in my wallet and happy to finally be socialising like a normal student.
