This took place during the summer I graduated high school. My friend was completing an apprenticeship for the first couple weeks of summer in the town nearby so he was away from home for a while. We made plans to go dirt biking and drink beers when he came back. On the day of, I hopped on my bike and rode over to his place. His Mom is a real estate agent and his house is in the rich part of the neighborhood so it took me quite a while to get there. It was a typical summer day and it was scorching hot outside. I finally arrive a little bit into the start of the afternoon at the planned time and I rang his doorbell.
