That night, I went to sleep thinking about Brendan, waiting for that text from him, I didn’t want to be the one texting but I was really hoping he would and he didn’t. I was thinking he was done, that he got what he wanted and that was it, I tried to tell myself it was for the best since I wouldn’t be getting myself in more trouble but deep down I wanted him to text me again. He didn’t that night.
