A little bit long, just a headsup. Plenty of backstory and detail.
So this past weekend I went to the cabins in Truckee for a little getaway with friends. It was a nice place, double story, great view of the woods and came with a few amenities like pool tables, grill, and a hot tub. Originally it was going to be 6 people going, one couple, two people who just started dating, me and my other friend Crystal. One of the couples bailed last second since they got really sick (prob the flu since its a bitch this year) but they still agreed to pay their cut since it was so last minute; the rest of us didn’t want to waste an opportunity to escape work so we decided to carry on.
