So it’s incredibly reckless of me to be saying any of this, I never thought there be anything between us.
Friday night (2 weeks ago) my 4 best friends and I went to a party. With the lockdown and having been broken up from my ex for months it was nice to go out and just enjoy myself.
My best friend since like 2nd Grade was there will call her H, were very close but we both work insane hours so it was good seeing her. I didn’t know her brother was also coming to the party, we’ll call him D .. he’s tall and incredibly shredded, younger than H and I’ve always thought that as he’s gotten older he’s gotten to be a bit of a douche just arrogant and aloof at times.
He was there by himself and I heard from H that he had recently taken a break from his girlfriend.
So the party is really lit. And I was dancing with almost everyone there, drinking a lot, and H is telling me that I’m probably overdoing it – in hindsight I should’ve listened.
