I am most often shy and reserved, but sometimes the stars align and my inner hoe comes out. A month ago was a prime example. I went on vacation and decided that I wanted to explore the local culture in a different sort of way.
I spent the morning exploring town, checking out the art museum and eating pho. I checked into my hotel in the early afternoon, and was laying in bed when I got a notification that I’d been superliked on tinder. I swiped quickly through potential matches, dodging left and right until I saw the one. His first photo showed him with his head thrown back in laughter as he got down on the dance floor. I liked his energy. I immediately swiped right to match before opening his profile and I was greeted by his great shock of dark wavy hair and a beaming smile in every photo. I quickly composed my message.
“You’re cute and I’ve got a hotel room downtown. What are you up to this weekend?”
