Bar night
I hadn’t seen or heard from him in weeks but when I dropped down that hill and saw his truck in front if the bar I was headed to I got my usual butterflies.
I parked a few cars behind him, locked my wallet in my glove box and headed in. I knew he would be up front and probably have his back turned to be able to see everything. His training never slipping, even on his nights off.
*ring ring* The bell chimes as I enter the building like it was made for me. I swipe his beer from in front of him and take a sip. Putting it back down with a wink I strut through to the pool table with an extra sway in my hips. I smile when I hear him growl and smack the counter. It worked.
Everyone here knows me. Everyone here is used to my shit. They all chuckle and giggle as i flirt my way through the bar. I can feel his dominant presence before I feel the thick fingers tangle into the black hair at the base of my neck.
