I’m just out of a long term relationship and pretty new to online dating – so have finally got a story to post here. I tried Plenty of Fish for literally the first time on Friday and began chatting to this 39 year old mother of one who looked seriously hot in her pictures. We agreed to meet at a bar on Sunday afternoon – I thought fuck it, what’s the worst that could happen, if she doesn’t look like her pictures I’ll just have a polite drink and leave.
I don’t usually get nervous on dates, but I was when Meg walked in. She was small and in really good shape, with mousy brown hair and brown eyes which is a combo I love. We shared a bottle of rose at the bar and after the conversation got a bit flirty I took her hand in mine and she kept it there, playing with my fingers. Not claiming to be some kind of dating-guru at all, but in my experience, that usually means sex is on the cards.
