I’m a nurse on a cardiac unit. Quick description, I have brown hair and eyes and am 5″1, 34DD and curvy. I was having a really difficult day and while taking a patient down for a test I ran into a cardiologist who I have a huge crush on. He is ridiculously handsome. Brown hair, blue eyes, smile that makes all the girls melt. Every girl has a crush on him and it is widely known that he is a genuinely nice person. He made eye contact and I shook my head. He said, “that great?” I jokingly responded, “I’ll fb message you allll about it.” A few hours later I decided to do just that.
It was March, right before the quarantine started, and the unit was a buzz with the possibility of liquor stores being closed. I messaged him and apologized for being annoying and he said he gets it but not to worry because he was at the liquor store and it would be open after my shift. The conversation progressed and he had to switch to talk to text. He apologized in advance if anything inappropriate is translated. Later, I told him I was disappointed that he never got inappropriate and told him how badly I needed to get laid. He said, “Married men don’t do that,” my response was, “married women shouldn’t have to beg for it only to be disappointed.” He said he would meet me the next day but I thought he would call it off.
