**NON-PORN BACKSTORY**
This happened a couple of years ago. My long-term then-partner and I decided to open our relationship for various reasons, but due my heavy workload I had not attempted to find anyone. A few months ago, I decided to change that. I took some of my stockpiled days off and, after enjoying myself for a few days, began to try and find something.
So I did what any sensible person would do when trying to spend some time away from a computer: I went to Reddit.
I came across one post that caught my eye. It was made by a woman close to my age who was going through a somewhat-similar situation. Like me, she had nerdish interests and was looking for something casual with a side of intelligent conversation. I sent her a message, she sent one back, and we hit it off instantly.
(The fact that she had also posted some pics on some of the gonewild subs didn’t hurt my interest.)
