I thought I’d share a story of mine from a few years ago for all of you in quarantine. If you’re working, you might wanna lay a towel down or something so the wet spot you’re about to leave in your chair is more manageable.
I was 28M at the time and my girlfriend “Anna” was 21F.
We met in college and the spring semester had just ended (I’m a veteran and didn’t start college until after the military).
We were at my house and were gonna go out for dinner but she wanted my cooking. I made some spaghetti and took my time preparing it. We eat. We wine & chill. We watch “How It’s Made” and I’m geeking out on how amazing the CNC Machining we’re warching. She’s uh-huhing me completely disinterested. The episode ends and I blurt out “Hey! I want one of those Mango Synergy drinks. Let’s go to the store before they close.” She reluctantly, obliges.
